This specialty washed coffee is sourced from the Mordecofe region in Ethiopia and carefully selected alongside key partners practicing ethical trading practices for its bright acidity and smooth finish. When you drink a cup of this coffee, you’ll discover the tropical fruit, cane sugar and green tea tasting notes. This coffee is whole bean so you can grind to your preference at home. Our coffee is roasted in small batches at high altitude, 9,600 feet to be exact, and is always fresh and never oily. We roast our beans in two locations within the Colorado Rocky Mountains. One is right in our cafe located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, Colorado with sweeping views of the Ten Mile Range that can be seen from our front windows. The second is just south of town, at an even higher elevation, tucked away in the woods among the pines. At Breckenridge Coffee Roasters, we strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We are proud to offer our coffee in 100% industrially compostable packaging and encourage you to compost your used grounds as well after making yourself a cup every morning.
